On January 26 in Sakrebulo of Senaki an extraordinary meeting was held by Nana Alania – chairperson of the GAC (head of social issues commission of Sakrebulo).
The meeting was attended by the heads of Senaki Gamgeoba, services of infrastructures of refugees and accommodation, director of the cultural center, IDPs residing in collective center “Egrisi”, deputies of Sakrebulo.

The former building of the hotel “Egrisi” in Senaki, but 33 IDP families name the problem of gas, part of the IDPs are in the process of legalization, the ceiling is damaged in the hall of the first floor and anti-sanitary in the cellar.

The 12-th meeting of Senaki Gender Advisory Council became the beginning of gender policy implementation – soon the activities of the project elaborated by the council will start. The project was financed by Senaki Municipality Sakrebulo and fund “Sukhumi”. Participants of the meeting received new information regarding preparation activities and discussed new project ideas from the recommendations, elaborated for gender policy implementation |

The lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” met the staff of Senaki public library. Several problems were revealed – damaged water system, sewage system. Iot is known for service of culture, they raised the issues to competent bodies, but still without reaction. |

Journalists from Senaki, actively cooperate with the fund “Sukhumi” – participate in different meetings, prepare materials about activities of gender advisory council.

A month ago the IDPs, residing in the Hotel “Kolkhida” – Menji, expressed a will to have detail information regarding the order No 320 of the Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation, with the criteria of satisfying the IDPs with living spaces. |

The club of Voter Women once again raised the problems of IDPs from Abkhazia. The territory, which was cleaned with involvement of the fund “Sukhumi” in last Summer is again dirty.

The 11-th meeting of Senaki GAC was held today, which elaborated plan of city gender policy, submitted by the gender council during last months on the basis of gender equality national action plan. It should be mentioned that some tasks, which are in composition of GAC plan, is already envisaged in Senaki 2015 budget.
